It's not one of the candidates anyway. And guess what..we still have that one at the Ancient City which we can call our own. But seriously, I don't care about those ruins. A friend asked me why don't we just demolish it and throw all the rocks down the cliff. That sounds too extreme, though. Anyway, the territory issue is what matters for all Thais. And what should be dumped down the cliff are those corrupted politicians.

I vote for Hua Hin to get included in the list!! And Bulan, I think dumping them down the cliff isn't a good idea. The politicians I mean. It leaves the possibility that they would scratch, and claw their way back up. We have to fire them out into space to make sure!

Why never promote the northeast? The friendship bridge in Nakhorn Phanom is being built and it is a wonderful place to Visit Phra Nakhorn Phanom, Friendship village, Ho Chi Mins house, the walk along the Mekong. or Ban Chiang Or That Phanom with the beautiful Phra That Phanom, the markets near the Mekong Or Mukdahan with the second Friendship Bridge, and the beautiful walk near the Mekong and the shops and underground market. Its always Bankok, Phuket, Koh Samui and Chiang Mai. They don't seem to have trouble promoting themselves

Actually, there are four candidates from the Northeast: Phu Kradueng of Loei; Pha Taem, Ubon Ratchathani; Prasat Phanom Rung, Buriram and Phu Kum Khao, Kalasin. These destinations have been nominated by our members during the first two months of the campaign (May and June) and selected by our panel of travel experts to enter the voting process. Too bad those sites in Nakhon Phanom wasn't among the nominated places.
